Easter Sunday

It's early morning and it is barely a drizzle, maybe more appropriately a mist in the air. I hear birds calling soft, low and sweet to each other. Perfect morning for hot chocolate and a book! Alas, I must work. Have a guy I am doing a project for and I put it off to do wedding stuff and now must get down to business. I am fortunate that he was very patient during that time. I do love early mornings, especially ones like today. It is so relaxing to hear the birds. Of course, any hint of moisture that may turn into actual rain and I have two dogs that turn into little babies! They both want in and if it thunders they both want on my lap! Hopefully today will not include thunder, just a calm relaxing drizzle. It is nice to take this pause and enjoy nature and all God has given to me and mine. Have a wonderful Easter everyone! Big Day

Today was my dental hygiene written board exam. I had 200 questions in the morning and 150 in the afternoon. I think I did good in the morning but the afternoon was all patient case studies so it proved to be a little more difficult. By the end of the day my neck hurt and I feel unsure about my score. I think that I passed. We will find out in May. I came home to find that Grant had cleaned the house and washed the dishes for me so that I could relax tonight. I have the best husband! One test down, 2 to go! Shaina

Aunt Frances

Aunt Frances fell about 3 am on Monday. Called Susan for help about 7 am. Got her to the hospital and she has compression fractures of the spine (old ones) at T11 & T12, (new ones) at L1 & L2. She did not break anything else thank goodness. She will be in hospital for awhile then moving to a rehab place so they can get her healed up before heading back home. Not sure of the timetable for any of the rehab yet. Will update more when Susan updates. She is planning on establishing a page like she did for Michael to keep everyone updated. Will post that link as soon as she lets someone know what it is.

My Baby is getting married today! Looks ok for the weather, no rain, no snow, barely a breeze, may be a little overcast and may be a little cool, but the park it is!

Baby Daugherty

Well, here are some pics! Everything looks good so far. Heartbeat was 158 and it was moving around alot! Dr. thinks I am about a week farther along than I do. According to my calcuations I will be 11 weeks friday, but they say I am about 12 already. Who knows! Maybe its just growing faster. We are super excited and this makes it seem so much more real.
